(D) IN THE EVENT THAT I DIVULGE INFORMATION THAT THE FACILITATOR DETERMINES INDICATES THAT I AM AT RISK TO MYSELF OR OTHERS, I UNDERSTAND THE FACILITATOR IS LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

THE LIMITATIONS ON B EduCARE and its officers, employees, and independent contractors ABOVE SHALL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT B EduCARE its officers, employees, and independent contractors IS NEGLIGENT OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING.

The system at B EduCARE works in a transparent manner. Our refund policy ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner. In case, where a student expresses his intention of not attending the institute, and withdrawing his admission, he/she will have to Mail an Refund Application or visit the branch/centre in person and submit his/her refund application.  

The date of application/mail for refund will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.

For Classroom / Online LIVE Courses (In Case of Batch / Course / Group Coaching)

• 100% Refund of Tuition Fees Paid if Requested on Same Day
• 100% Refund of Tuition Fees Paid if Requested within 3 Days from Joining Date
• 75% Refund of Tuition Fees Paid if Requested within 7 Days from Joining Date
• 50% Refund of Tuition Fees Paid if Requested within 10 Days from Joining Date
• 25% Refund of Tuition Fees Paid if Requested within 14 Days from Joining Date
• No Refund of Tuition Fees Paid After 15 Days from from Joining Date

For eBooks / e-notes / Recorded Lectures Course / other Login Based Course

• No Refund once Account is activated.

For Printed / Hard Copy of Books

• Courier, Packaging & Admin Charges will be Deducted (If Any)
• No Refunds After 24 Hours
• No Refunds in case Books are not in New Conditions if returning within 24 Hrs.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF REFUND:

All refunds shall be paid through Cheques ONLY in the name and to the account of the student/parent/guardian within 20-30 Days from the date of receipt of an application for withdrawal of admission by the appropriate branch/centre.

Special Note –

-      10% Admission/Admin Fees of Total Fees Paid is Not Refundable under any circumstances

-      Price / Fee of Books will be Deducted if Delivered before Refund Application

-      Price / Fee of Test Pack will Deducted if Activated Before Refund Application

• Government Taxes will be Deducted as/if Applicable
• No Refund if Government / Exam Conducting body Changed the Eligibility and found student not eligible for the program
• No Refund if Exam gets Cancelled by Exam Conducting Body
• No Refund if Not Permissible to Conduct Lectures due to Govt. Order / Natural Calamities.

 

Management reserves the right to Update/Change the refund policy without any Notice.
